About
I'm a self-taught painter living in Miami. I drew constantly growing up, set it aside for over a decade while I built a career in finance and information systems, and started painting seriously again in 2025.
I paint mostly in oil and acrylic, and I like to work big, but I'll draw with just about anything: watercolor, charcoal, crayon, colored pencil, oil stick, marker. A lot of what I make starts from memory or from the pop culture I grew up on. I take something familiar and rebuild it until it's mine. Lately I've been pushing past single subjects into full scenes: settings with their own weight and atmosphere.
